After we identify the home you want to own, I will:

·     Do a market analysis to make sure you are buying a fairly-priced property.

·     Write and negotiate the purchase agreement, getting you the best price and terms possible.

·     Order title work to ensure you are getting a home with clear title.

·     Coordinate inspections and draw up a response of what the sellers need to repair.

·     Assist your lender with closing the deal and preparing necessary paperwork.

·     Review all documents prior to closing.

·     Be with you when you sign the paperwork.

·     Provide assistance switching on utilities.

·     Follow up with you after you have moved into your new home.

·     Be with you every step of the way.
